I've filed with H&R off of Anderson Ave the past two years, and never had an issue. Kyle is always great with questions and makes sure you're taken care of.
I"ve been using this office for years, at one location or another. Always friendly, always professional, always accurate. The first time we used their services, they reviewed my previous year's tax returned, and got me $600 back. Worth every penny.
This was one of the worst experiences one could have. First, the incompetent receptionist told me to come up at 10. I did. When I got there she told me that I should sit and wait for 45 minutes. I told her I had some other things to do and asked when I could come back. She looked at the schedule and said to come back at 11. I did. When I got there she told me to sit and wait. I waited for 30 minutes. 25 minutes into my wait another customer came in. When the first of the two HRB employees finished with the previous group he came over to get one of us. The customer mentioned that the HRB employee had done hers last year. So he thought it was ok to leave me to wait for another half of an hour while the lady that just walked in got immediate service! Unbelievable. The receptionist just let it happen too. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They successfully wasted two hours of my time.
Honestly their advertising is bs. I was just charged $500 to file my taxes. I completely understand why they wouldn't talk about fees up front as I would have fled. I won't be filing through them EVER again. Listen up I was just robbed of $500. Do NOT go here. I didn't want to file with turbotax & I've learned my lesson about H&R Block. Run as fast as you can.
Went in today to have my taxes done. The ladies there were incredibly awesome! The receptionist was amazing and was patient when my daughter wanted to see what she was doing. She showed my daughter how she loads the printer and other things. My daughter had a blast, which in turn helped my out so much!!! I had a wonderful time getting everything done!! I certainly will go back again!!
