One last thing... prepare to wait. Regardless of waiting to be greeted or not, they seem to always be training a new person or are short handed. If you go and they are a little busy, prepare to wait as though they are extremely busy and short handed. Often, there's one person taking orders at the front and they have to stop between orders to make the specialty drinks.

Good coffee, very good doughnuts. The best item on the menu is the bacon, egg and cheese bagel though; if you ask they will even put double cheese on it. The tables have always been clean and parking is always available, even for larger vehicles.
Early in the morning they "ran out of eggs".
coffee is good on the week days when college students arent working. every time i go on the weekend the college kids always mess up the order by forgetting i order 2 lattes and only giving me one or just giving me the wrong coffee in general. if i wanted that coffee i would have drove to starbucks but i drive 30mins out of my way just to enjoy this coffee. fire the college kids they just want a paycheck. its sad that high school students can make a better coffee then them.
Awesome coffee and donuts, as usual from any Dunkin Donuts. If you have a coupon, make sure they actually give you the discount. They'll take the coupon, act like they're putting it in, you pay, then later see on your receipt that they charged you full price. Not a one time occurance... but EVERY single time I have ever tried using a coupon there it has happened and continues to happen... I just know to watch carefully now, and remind them repeatedly when the discount still hasn't been applied, before paying. Also, whenever I go inside, there's rarely ever anyone at the front counter. A worker usually yells to the back that a person is at the front... then someone eventually comes up to help me.

Not only does this Dunkin' Donuts have wonderful donuts and coffee, but they have wonderful customer service and if you ever have an issue with them, they make sure to take care of you. Have gone to this store many, many times, more than I would like to admit, and I have had wonderful experiences every time and their coffee is so good, way better than starbucks and better priced. Highly recommend!
