Walk ins. Not a game day. Quiet, cool and relaxing . Had the cranberry chicken salad sandwich with fruit. Nice presentation, enough for me. Wait staff was pleasent, prompt and courteous.
The food is great. However, the service is declining everytime I go there. People are rude and don't even try to be helpful. I used to love this place.. not anymore!
Food good as usual, service terrible. Woman took my order, man brought food to my table, sat it down and immediately left. Ketchup bottle empty, could have used another drink and a glass of water. Staff at other end of room talking the entire time, I wasn't about to go get someone to do their job. Very few customers there so they were not busy.
I have always been incredibly impressed with JP's. I enjoy eating there whenever my family comes up to visit, and I have never had any bad experiences. The fact that the meat comes from on campus is a perk that other restaurants just really can't offer. I would give JP's food a 5/5 stars any day, as I have tried multiple different items and been completely satisfied with all of them. The service is also great there! The employees are observant and helpful but not to the point where you feel like they're being pushy. They come around at the perfect times for ordering, bringing out food, and bringing out the check. I've never felt rushed to leave or pressured to buy anything I didn't want. I personally feel that the prices are a great deal for the quality of food. JP's rivals any burger place I've ever been to and consistently comes out on top. If you haven't tried it yet-- what are you waiting for?
Always good food. Cool atmosphere. Wish it was a bit faster but just plan ahead and get there before noon
