2 stars only because our waitress was good. Good service seems to be the trend but something is not right in the kitchen! First time I ate here the medium ribeye 12 oz steak I ordered was so dry it shriveled to a 9 oz with no pink and dry. Second time I ordered medium fillet and it came out dry also with no moisture left in the steak and had a faded looking pink tint. The food was luke warm and some cold so maybe this should be a 1 Star. Longhorn was 10 Times better! What an embarrassment to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants.
This was our first visit to the Texas Roadhouse in Manhattan, Ks. We were greeted at the front door by a very nice young lady, and two more greeted us with nice smiles. Then a young lady took us to our booth. We were promptly waited on my a young man names Justyn, who was very polite and very attentive. Our steak order came out and was cooked to perfection. To make a long story short - our meal, our server was wonderful. We would definitely go there again.
Our waitress, Shastina was awesome. Very friendly and made sure our drinks were full the entire visit. Hoping they go back to their old chicken fingers as they were much better than the new recipe. But all around a good date night.
Nice staff and clean restaurant but for a dang steakhouse they never can seem to properly grill a steak. A medium steak should be dark pink to red but seems to always come out very light pink at this location. Otherwise a good restaurant.
Two times we have ate here and the food has been warm, almost cold. The steak was dry both times and not cooked correctly. Service was good tho I will give them that. We will not be back I'll spend my $ else where.
