I went in to buy a shirt and ended up with a large instead of a small. I set my card on the table but walked away for a second to see an outfit a friend had tried on. Without my knowledge, the woman working had ran my card through and not told me the price. It wasn't until I was handed a receipt to sign that I found out this shirt that was way too big for me costed $43 instead of the $30 I was expecting. The women at the counter told me a manager would get in touch with me about a refund. Over the last two weeks I have called and left two messages and not heard anything from the manager. I finally got ahold of her today when she told me "she knows her girls" and they would not do this. In reference to her not calling me back for two weeks, I was told that she was very busy. Awful customer service and very little selection. Do not waste your time.
It's a good place to find those one of a kind pieces but it's not consistent. Not every visit means you'll find something. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
I thought after working there that it would change my perception of the store but in reality it only worsened my thoughts on this business as a whole.
I wish this store was open later! It is Saturday night & I wanted to stop in to grab something I had seen earlier today, only to realize they were already closed. Who closes at 7 on a Saturday? lost my $ because I wanted it to wear tomorrow and will not be back to get it.
Awful business ethics, awful customer service, and awful management. I thought I was going to love this place, the first time I walked in there I wasn't even greeted the girl was on her phone, I asked her a question about a shirt and she was less than enthused to help me. I went back a week later and it was a different girl whom had actually greeted me so it kind of changed my thoughts on the business. I go in to get an job application and turned it in that day, a week later I had the job. I was so excited to be working here until I actually worked there. The owners and the managers at each store are Bully's who micromanage their associates. They constantly watch the cameras in the stores through their phones and call the associates if they see that they aren't straightening the store at that particular minute. This company wants to act like they are a Christian based company and that they care about their associates and customers but after working there is saw the truth, all they care about is the sale and their management staff. In fact, if a store does well with hitting their sales goal for the month, the manager of that store gets a bonus while the associates who put in the work get nothing and no praise. And when I say they only care about the sale, they want the associates to push customers into buying the merchandise and then the customer is basically stuck after the purchase. The return policy is awful and isn't even a return policy. In order to return something it must be within 10 days and have the receipt and the tags still attached and only done for store credit.
LOVE their clothes and selection!
