I have been with Dr. Mike Mosier since I moved to Manhattan in 1979 and I don't want to go anywhere else. He takes him time to explain everything to me and is very friendly! His staff goes out of their way to help me with appointments, prescription refills and getting prescriptions changed that do not work for me. I highly recommend Mosier and Mosier Family Physicians.
My one star review is truly coming from a recent experience where this facility proved they cared more about money than they did of my well being.
Doctors are knowledgable, but in my years of experience here, they are very fast to pass you off to specialists.
Through my place of work, I get a discount on health insurance if I complete/pass a wellness exam. This exam is covered 100% by my insurance provider. I brought with me the paperwork that outlines exactly what tests should be ran for this exam. I told them only to do what was needed to complete the exam. In the end they ran additional tests without my consent, insurance didn't cover the extra expenses, and I got stuck with sizable bill even after calling in and disputing.
I cannot recommend this facility to anyone and I will never go back to them.
I have known Micheal and Steve Mosier as a patient for over 30 years and feel strongly that they provide the upmost in professional and compassionate medical care. The entire staff follow this lead providing a great patient experience.
The Dr's there are very nice and very helpful and they always get us right in:) This is the best place I have ever taken my kids!
