I got both my first massage and wax here and I am so glad I found this place. Both times the women were extremely kind and patient. They also have a great building with a comforting atmosphere.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR HAIRCUTS AND COLOR at least with a level one stylist. Worst experience ever!!!! I asked for a certain hairstyle and color, spent all day there and got something no where near what I asked. I was charged over 200 and was not even close to satisfied. Besides hair their wax services are great!
I have known the owner Stacy for several years! She is an AMAZING artist!! I don't trust anyone but her to do my hair. I usually tell her to do whatever she wants with my hair because I trust her 200%. Shear Dynamics is filled with talent and its a beautiful place. I am excited to get other services done soon! If you want better then the Wal-Mart or PX cut go see anyone at Shear Dynamics!!!!
I went to this salon a couple days ago to have my hair balayaged and brought a picture with me. After over 3 hrs my hair looked nothing like the picture...I had really dark roots (which looked like 6 months of grow out)with brassy blond hair. It didn't look like any type of highlighting had been done. I asked her to add some brown back in to break up the color, which she did. She was very friendly and did it. After being at the salon for about 6 hrs total, it did look much better and it was something I could live with. However, for that much money, should've let bed it and it should've looked SOMETHING like the picture. I just got it done and it already looks like I have 6 months of grow out! And the color is way more coppery (orange) then the picture I brought in. I still gave the salon 3 stars because Stacy, the owner, has done my hair in the past and did a great job and the staff is very polite. I just wouldn't chose this particular stylist again.
