Joe S & Zack have been great to work with! They are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. Today, Tyler, came out to take care of an emergency on short notice and was extremely helpful! Unfortunately cannot say the same thing about the office staff and am thankful I don't have to engage with them very often.
Doug Nold at American Pest Management is absolutely wonderful. He and American Pest Management always do a wonderful job and they are amazing at making sure I know what they are doing and making sure that I am not over paying for any services that I do not need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some pest control.
As a Program Manager for low income housing, American Pest Management has always been a pleasure to work with and always responds to our request in a timely manner. Our regular technician is Joseph Bissonette and he is always pleasant with our office staff and our residents. Laurie Cox manages our account in the office located in Manhattan. Both individuals are always thorough in what we need to pass along to our residents for treatments and on top of things with unexpected treatments.
