My only experience with this store was with calling them in order to find out their hours and some basic information. The Woman who answered the phone simply gave me one word answers and just hung up on me as soon as she thought she had answered my questions with out any sort of 'goodbye' or 'Thank you' or 'is there anything else I can help you with?' With this very short experience, I will surely never come to this store to buy anything based on their customer service and rudeness over the phone.
This place is great! They are always super helpful when I am looking for something specific and if they don't have it they always offer to order it for me! They even have one of the best beer selections I've seen!
NEVER GO HERE THE WIFE IS THE RUDEST PERSON ALIVE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN MANHATTAN.
The woman who works there is not the wife of the owner. She is the daughter of the owner. She is the rudest woman I have ever met with no moral code
