This is a hotel for a low budget stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location is not the best.
I have stayed at the Best Western during many different trips to Manhattan and it has become my first choice any time I'm here. The staff is always incredible, my room has always been immaculate, and the breakfast isn't too bad either. Only downside is that it is a ways from campus.
Adequate facilities and a nice breakfast. However, I was a little disappointed when I asked if they could extend checkout. Despite being a Rewards member, they said they could only extend from 11 to 12..... and they would charge an extra 20- 25 bucks. I wonder if they would refund if I checked out early?
Room was clean and bug free. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Didn't like that the sink was outside of bathroom. Heated pool. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. They even had almond milk!
The hotel has a great staff and a good location. The jacuzzi suite was relaxing and the A.C. and heat worked good. The only problem is the mattress was awful. It was very firm yet wobbled anytime we moved. I would expect (at least in the suites) to have quality modern beds. Overall a good hotel. I'll stay again.
