Order was taken correct. But executed poorly. I asked for light on sauce pizza was sloppy
If you plan on getting delivery, order it a year before you're hungry. And don't trust the pizza tracker. I ordered a pizza at 8 pm and it didn't get there until 10 pm. When I asked the delivery girl if it was busy, she laughed and said Hell no. I gave her a tip anyways because it was clear she was a college student.
I love Papa John's but I've had trouble with this location on numerous occasions. Twice already they have delivered smaller pizzas than what I had paid for and I recently experienced biting into a piece of cardboard that was baked into a pizza. I won't be ordering from this location again.
They got it to my place fast as heck give them them a call!
Normally I wouldn't complain, but I specifically ordered medium pizzas for a small get-together. One with light-sauce, and another with extra. Got the pizzas and got home and the one that was intended to have extra had none and the other had sauce on only half the pizza. No refund. Only option was to have it remade.
