Good place for both older and younger kids. The 4D theater was a big hit, as was the play space on the second floor.
Its ok. We went because it was for free the day we went. It's over priced. Only went there once and did not go again.
The Flint Hills Discovery Center was a totally awesome place to visit! I loved the interactive movie experience and the exibits were informative and cool. Especially enjoyed the exibit on the Big Red 1 they had. It was so neat to see how the unit had evolved over the years.
We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. The room was perfect for the party. Plenty of tables and chairs. The kids all had a blast after going through the exhibits and one of the attendants even fast forwarded the movie timer so we would not have to wait. Overall great experience!
Great place and worth the admission. The movie at the beginning is just a wonderful experience. A great overview of the Flint Hills. The museum is set up well and very nice displays and photos.
