Not too terribly impressed with the store. Dark and cramped, not a huge variety - it's called reptile world, not town... Gave it three stars just in case it was a bad day.
They are so very helpful there I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lizard supplies
The staff here have an excellent working knowledge of the animals and products they sell. They offer a refreshing variety of pets and care advice when questions arise. They made helping my daughter pick out her first tarantula to be a fun adventure.
Love this store and the super friendly staff! Always more than happy to share some knowledge with their customers, no matter what it is you came in there for.
Drove an hour out to Manhattan hoping to support a small business instead of a large chain store. When I arrived they were trying to close up for the day because they said they weren't even supposed to be open. Guys, it's 2017! If you need a day off (and who doesn't) post it literally anywhere: Facebook, your website, Twitter, whatever. People have better things to do then drive to a closed sign. I asked an employee for the price of their bearded dragons to try to make my trip worthwhile, he went around the corner and never came back. I won't be coming back either.
