Not particularly fast service and paying the bill always takes a while. Food is decent. The wait staff is excellent though. The only redeeming quality.
While the service wasn't anything to write home about, the food arrived fairly quickly and tasted very good. The coffee, however, did leave room for improvement. My daughter and I went midday and it was pretty slow, but the establishment has potential. I will go back again.
My friends and I stopped to eat here after the game and I was impressed by the food and the staff. I don't believe I caught the waitresses name, but she was amazing. VERY attentive and quick on the drinks, cheerful and made the food, that already tasted awesome much more enjoyable. I had the chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. I had no complaints at ALL. I would definitely return here in the future. I'm not one for tipping, but I went out of my way to make sure this waitress was well rewarded for her superb service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would... the "kitchen is backed up" so there is a crowd of people sitting waiting to be seated and more than half the restaurant is empty. 30 minutes later we got seated but can't order. This restaurant is awful.
The all you can eat pancakes came out after everyone had eaten, never refilled our drinks, didn't ask if we wanted more pancakes just gave us the ticket. This was one of the worst dine in experiences I've ever had. Waitress was extremely slow and was complaining most of the time. Ordered my bacon crispy and it came out barely cooked. So they send it back to the kitchen to make crispy bacon. Brought out two pieces, then said it comes with 4 and the other two will be out soon. Then finally after everyone at the table was done eating their meals, the other bacon came out with the pancakes- at the very end. Manager brought out food three times not apologizing just blamed the waitress. Will not be returning there, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
