Love dairy queen. Food is always hot. People are polite. Service is a bit slow but that's because the food I'd fresh and the lines get long!
Is customer service a lost art? I went to this store to get an ice cream cake. The selection was limited, I get that you don't have a lot of storage space, but some of the cakes had no product markings at all. I made my selection, went to the counter, the cashier did not even greet me. She said "is this all for you" and rang up the total. She handed me a receipt and pen, never asking me to sign, and when the transaction was complete she said NOTHING. No do you want a copy, thank you for stopping by, have a nice day, NOTHING. She was too busy having a conversation with another employee who also did not acknowledge my presence. Maybe I am not important, I am only a customer who pays their salary.
We went through the drive thru for ice cream. The food was good but priced a little high. Service was fast.
Decent restaurant. Building is a bit old but food is good and service was very quick
This location really needs updating. It is pretty rundown and they always have a hard with the drive through speaker. That behind said, I'm thankful to have dq in town!
