They are the best and the help is so nice
Rude and dismissive. Gave two customers behind us our spot in line after we had waited patiently for 10 minutes for bites. When we asked if there would be enough bites left over she said, "Not after I sell these."
Wonderful service :) I come in every day that I work and get either a smoothie or pretzel bites and always greeted with a happy employee . I will always come back
Pretzels are delicious and hot but they are always understaffed. The people working are doing the best that they can but the managers should be staffing 3 or 4 people at busy times. I feel sorry for the staff - they always seem stressed out.
