I went in there today and was so happy with the customer service everyone was so sweet and nice thank you guys for the great experience!!
You have to make sure your chicken sandwiches are cooked be for you start to eat them
Excellent choices for a fast burger place with the baked potato options and currently they have the taco salad. The frosty is still a favorite for a dessert, it isn't really a malt and not quite just a frozen soft serve either. On Sunday's they aren't too busy for a family to get in and get out.
Wendy's is one of the more reliable fast burger joints in Manhattan. There is a better than average burger to be had with the original square patty that is never frozen - you can taste the difference. The only thing that could be better would be grilling and getting a little char like Hardee's.
So sad that a highly requested place doesn't follow their schedule. I went at 12.30am, there was even a line of cars waiting but the drive through was closed already. They're supposed to close at 1am, disappointed.
I love Wendy's but this chain has the worst customer service I've experienced and the food is hit and miss either it's great or it's cold and disgusting.
