Was in the store for ten minutes. Not a person to be seen. Found out the woman was in the back. As she put it very snottily and shortly "I was getting my drink. I have medication to take. I could see you on camera anyway." So standing in the back sipping a drink and watching money walk out the door. What happened to customer service? Save your time and go somewhere else.
The people are always very friendly and helpful. I shop for shoes almost solely at Payless because I need a big shoe size and shoes I want are hit and miss but the service is always friendly regardless pf my time or money spent
