Overall great experience with Landmark. Their prices are steep but the customer service is phenomenal. They were easy to work with while I was overseas and needed a friend enter my storage unit and grab some paperwork. While it was something simple, Landmark didn't make the task impossible.
I had to visit this location to pick up a uhaul trailer which i reserved at 9 am. They are supposed to open at 9. Its now 9:25 and I've not seen a single employee and the door is locked. I would expect a business to open at the correct time. The employee finally showed up and was furious that i would call him out. I will be contacting management

Warning -if you have an outdoor unit you may experience a mouse infestation in your items! We had all of our household goods in a storage unit there, (during my husband's deployment) in one of the large exterior units, and upon returning to retrieve our items, we discovered that our items were completely infested with mice nests (as well as piles-countless piles-of the grains/seeds they stored in our things). The storage unit refused to accept any liability or show proof of their supposed rodent/pest control services. We do have renters insurance, however, upon this happening, we discovered that USAA has a rodent exclusion. We lost thousands of dollars worth of items due to them being damaged or completely disgusting with mouse feces or urine, and have not gotten anything back. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
Good storage unit complex. Well maintained and friendly staff.
I called to see if I could make my payment of $220 on the 15th instead of the 1st and they charged me an additional $660 that's pending to come out of my checking account. So now totaling $880 to come out. This place is horrible and I will never take my business to them again. What makes matters worse is that I'm stuck in Germany with no one else on my account to go talk to them. Just ridiculous
