Went to have a 1911 ceracoated. I was quoted $150. I had to call back to see if it was ready and was told on the phone it would be $250 at pick up. The lady was rude when I walked in and asked about the extra $100. I asked for the owner and he was rude and wouldn't look at me. He explained the hammer strut was cut by someone before me. I got it as a box of parts and put it together and made sure all the parts were there. He fed me a line about safety and HE couldn't let the gun leave the shop not safe. I was mad I wasn't given a call about the pistol. He said I should be happy it was safe and they worked on the trigger and some other bull story. He kept talking crap and not looking at me, showing he was uncomfortable and probably lying. I will not trust them for anything. Ceracoat came out great, but they covered the maker marks, just leaving the serial number. Don't go here because of the crap service.

Walked in to this shop in hopes of ordering a new rifle. Instead I go the opportunity to listen to two of the workers talk about a deer hunt for twenty minutes without acknowledging my presence. That’s fine they lost my business, I’m going to Junction City gun shop.

Not very knowledgeable and totally misinformed on how to ship a gun out of state. She offered to charge me a $35 transfer fee and quoted $150 overnight shipping. She told me the post office in Manhattan doesn't accept guns from them even though they are licensed. That didn't sound right so I asked other FFL in the area and no one else had that issue and had cheaper transfer fees. Shipped through Pat's in Ogden for less than $20.

If I could do a "zero " I would give them that! Walked in to check their inventory and nobody even asked me if I needed help. The shop was not crowded and seems the staff was just sitting around watching TV.

Friendly, family owned business, as a woman they made me feel comfortable and never pushed me to purchase from them. They had a straight forward answer for all my questions, giving me more information than I thought I would receive. They did an amazing cerakote job on my Kimber solo and AR15. I highly recommend anyone who wants good service, valid information and amazing job done to their firearms.
