I have used Roni Deeds for our travel needs for several years. She pays close attention to detail and always in a timely manner. Even though we moved from Manhattan several years ago, Roni is the only travel agent I will ever use!
The staff are great and even though hubby kept changing our trip ticket they never got upset.
Their customer response to inquiries is lousy. Their local response for tow & emergency svc is excellent. But don't ask them to look into a problem tow svc call that happens out of state. The Manhattan office will blow you off. They don't care what happened to you in Springer Oklahoma
