Great bank overall
Went with them for their hours, which they've been steadily cutting back on which is disappointing but more then anything the most aggravating thing I deal with from them is their "advanced security" locks my card and holds my money hostage seemingly every other week over the weekend when they refuse to have any way for me to fix the problem sense both their branches and call centers shut down, word of advice if you live anything besides a dull 9-5 standard life and buy the same junk every day : find another bank because you'll grow to hate this one

I went there moments ago because my checking account disappeared. I've had this bank for years and nothing like this has ever happened. I tried to call and i didn't get an answer so i drive there and it is a little busy. I told the man the situation and he needed help from a blond haired woman with not the most pleasant of personalities. She had an attitude sky high and i already know from watching her while waiting in line she would be rude. I've never been so belittled before. The comoments she made like "the accounts probably been closed a while" with the same prude look on her face.it's actually been days because i just transferred money from my savings to keep it out of negative. I thought i set up the account to where i couldn't go negative in my checking. Which had worked before as my card would decline even when i almost had enough for said purchase. So as far as i knew i couldn't go negative. Which is besides the point. She told me halfway condescendinglty to just keep a penny in it and it won't happen again. Yeah obviously i got that now. Another woman took 1 min to explain to me what happened instead of this other pain in the rear. Making all the remarks and acting like this was the most confusing thing to ever figure out. The woman didn't have a name tag on because i would of included her name, but I'm sure she is the manager or something. I'm so embarrassed I'm never going to that side again.
I love this bank! Competitive offerings that are better than what you can get at Landmark or Commerce.
