The customer service was great, but the repair was horrible. We had to take our van in 3 times to get it fixed and it is still not the same. The first time we went to pick it up the door sounded like a timpani drum. Apparently the tech had neglected to install a silencing bar. The second time we could not get the door to open from the outside. How did they not catch this? Now (about 2 months later) a trim piece is falling off. It looks like the middle two clips were broken off when they went to put it back together. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere else.

Absolutely outstanding. Some of the nicest people I've ever met who had my truck fixed up in no time and had it looking brand new again. If you need collision repair this is the place to go!

I know for sure where I would recommend others to go to.... Quality Collision. I have no problem recommending them to anyone, family, friends and you that are reading this. Be Safe. I took my car to Phil to get a quote. I advised him that this was an insurance claim and I was getting different quotes before choosing a repair facility. He quoted me $3150 for the damage to my car. He is required to advise me of any other repairs that he does that are not listed on the quote. He DID NOT call me to discuss any other damage after opening up the car. I did ask to buy back the rim and tire which cost me about $80. When he called to let me know my vehicle was ready I magically owed the exact amount that the collision place in Junction City had quoted me. He called and got a copy of this from my insurance company without my permission. I had to call the police in order to get my vehicle back and basically pay him what he demanded. I even have him videoed stating for me to call the law because he probably knows the officer responding anyway and recording of him cussing me out not once, but twice over the phone He even tried to collect the higher sales tax from Junction City down to the penny that Auto Craft had quoted. He saw an opportunity to be greedy and get about $1100 more and he jumped on. I cannot understand that. Owning a business myself, I would absolutely never do that to someone especially someone who is already bringing me so much business. I contacted the BBB, Angies List and the Attorney General as well as JAG, but wanted to warn others. DO NOT go to this place of business. He will not admit when he is wrong and thinks that he is above the law.

They have the nicest and hottest woman in the world working in their front office. She really knows her parts.

After having the fortunate experience to have used Quality Collision Repair over the course of years for my automobile finish and body repair I can say I have been more than pleased each and every time I return. The quality of work and the warranty support has been a seamless process between the insurance company and the shop. Insurance companies have recommended Quality Collision to us and others and I would never hesitate one bit to do the same for you. Hundreds of others have used their insurance at this shop and his longevity in business shows his degree of integrity. The staff is well deserving of their dollars and works with the insurance company to get the job done right. Insurance companies will try to mandate what repairs are done and how cheaply it can be done. Phil has always been upfront and deals with the company to get any hidden damage repaired and do it safely for our family and friends. I would never take a vehicle to some shop that cuts a corner for a dollar whether a customer tried to get them to or not. My family travels in this 4,000 pound bullet at up to 80 mph. My trust in this shop is that, whenever I go to buy a used vehicle it goes to Quality Collision first to be inspected by his experienced eye before the check is written. I am not a professional in these terms but I trust someone who has proven themselves over and over. I read the lady's review before me on here and I don't know her or her experience in auto repair. Sorry she felt she never had an issue in her own business and suddenly had to go public here with that adversity. Seems like you read a review from someone who thinks they have had a bad experience at a business and you wonder how that one individual has such an experience when so many others claim the opposite and positive for years and years. Maybe some people have an expectation that the world will work in their favor if they go into a business ready to video the experience, use loud voices and threats that they didn't get their way and come out ahead of the body shop or insurance company after an accident. I expect to pay what my estimate says from my insurance company wherever I go. That's why they ask for a couple estimates in the first place - to eliminate errors and omissions. That pay rate is pretty much set by those actuaries and claims people and not the body shop. The body shop and insurance companies know each other and handle millions of dollars in claims every day via their partner programs and computer estimating systems. If I ever had a complaint in any situation, it was with what the insurance pays instead of the other way around.
