Wasn't as horrible as some places, but a lot of room for improvement. Called ahead said only a waiting line of 2, get there it's 5. Figure ok it happens, go about my business waiting which the mechanic said it would be 2 hrs to do the actual work to get 4 tires changed which is exceedingly long. Our local tire shops in Marshal county can have it done in half or less time than that. I ended up waiting 5 hrs and they tried to keep my old tires when I specified before they ever took my keys that I wanted them for spares, I had to show them my receipt that there was no tire disposal fee in order to get my tires back.
Came to get a tire repaired. Told me wasn't possible by the damage. Asked manager for pro-rated new tire. Granted. Tires aren't in Stock. Come Monday compresser down. Not able to do tires til Monday. OK you are WALMART RIGHT? YOU SELL COMPRESSORS. HOOK ONE UP AND DO THE JOB. this is why I won't work for Walmart. Something hinders their employees from helping people. How could any business say oh we will lose a week of sales because we are waiting on a repair when we sell the tools to get the job done in our store. WAKE Up. Like I said. Not nessisarily the employee's fault, just terrible Walmart management and true workplace lack of structure. Limited by Walmart and it's shut wages. No future in Walmart. Why work there. Oh just for between jobs.
You all are smoking crack. Seems like the only time people go out of their way to write a review is when and only when they've had a bad experience. That's why you can never trust reviews. I ordered my tires online went to the store and had them put on and have had no problems. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because there was about $40 worth of fees that's hadn't been disclosed prior. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'll go here again for any other new tires I get. Paid$600 total when all said and done and was still $350 cheaper than the next cheapest business in town
I was told two to three hours for two tires and an oil change... I've now been sitting here for 4.5 hours and I still have one car in front of me for tires... in 4.5 hours they've done 4 tire services... this is absolutely ridiculous. In the past couple times I've been here I've never had problems so I don't know what the deal is today
I've had good experience here for the most part considering how cheap and convenient it is. If they're not busy you can expect to be done in about 30 mins. If they're busy then plan on adding a couple hours to what they actually told you. They told me between 2-3 hours and it's now been 5 hours.
