Dr. Errol and his team are friendly, understanding about dental anxiety and provide a great atmosphere to be open about your dental needs. They fixed my smile and made me feel more confident, and the best part about it - I didn't feel any pain in the process. They are personable, patient and help you feel less anxious about going to the dentist. The receptionist is friendly, they are always understanding about the possibility of needing to change an appointment and the women helping with insurance/payment are personable and patient. Top notch people, impeccable service and the amazing massage chair in the waiting area doesn't hurt. Highly recommend this dentist, the staff and the experience. Thank you for a job well done!
Absolutely amazing! I was very impressed with the staff. As someone who doesn't carry dental insurance, I really appreciated how mindful the staff was on communicating the prices beforehand. I love the loyalty program. It made it super affordable to come back for my 6 month cleaning.
Visited Advanced Dental Arts this morning for the first time because several friends referred me there. My experience was fantastic! They got me right in and right out so that I could make it to work on time. The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with Dr. Errol. He was genuinely happy to be there and made me feel right at home! What I appreciated the most though, was that the staff was able to perform a consultation about my receding gum line when my previous office wanted me to have to return for an appointment and take off work once again. Hands down would recommend this office to a friend and will continue to use them!
Dr. Errol was the best! I came in to get a few fillings done and I had a really nasty head cold (allergies), but I didn't want to cancel on him last minute so we went through with it anyways. He made sure to take several breaks so I could breathe (because I couldn't breathe through my nose at all), and took time to make sure I was doing okay often. Being a mil spouse and having to move often, it's tough to find a dentist that you like, but Dr. Errol and the rest of the team at Advanced Dental Arts were nothing short of kind and helpful. I also really appreciated that they have someone who will go over the costs of your treatments (which were actually pretty reasonable in my opinion) with you before you get them done, so you aren't at all surprised by the cost that you will have to pay.
Dr. Errol is the best! He is so patient and kind. I had 2 teeth extracted and still left the office with the biggest smile. I love this place and I never have said that about a dentist office! I always give my true review to give others an idea of what they will really expect. Trust me you are in great hands in this office. Leave your worries at the door!
