Dr. Swan is a SKILLED dentist with AMAZING techniques! I didn't even feel the shots. I come to him for advanced oral care and surgery. He is THE BEST! The admin staff worked with me and made sure everything went through my insurance before billing me all the charges. I am very happy here.
My husband had a tooth that was really bothering him and instead of trying to trick us into paying loads of money to "save" a tooth that was causing him pain, Dr. Swan referred us to where we needed to go.
Dr swan is great but the admin staff have not been submitting claims to insurance correctly. Been dealing with this for over 6 months and then I get a bill that is incorrect with late fees threatening to send me to collections. Go to an office that know how to deal with insurance!
Can't stand other offices - love the sincerity promoted here by everyone!!
