Was very happy with Furniture Warehouse. I had looked at two other furniture stores that I usually go to and was pleasantly surprised that Furniture Warehouse had pretty much the same couch for $600 less. I was helped by Dixie and she was very friendly and professional. I was given free delivery and a deal going on. I ordered it that day. I had it delivered a week and a half later. The delivery guys were great and efficient. I noticed a small baby tear in the leather and the electric reclining part was rubbing a little. Steve was great! He came right over put something on the tear to make it look brand new, adjusted the bottom of the couch so it wouldn't make noise when reclining and offered a discount. He did that all after he got off working all day. Great customer service!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!
We've been loyal customers since 2000 and there's a reason for that! Their staff is amazing, they always have what I'm looking for. Their delivery guys are super nice and very professional! Me and my wife love that we can do 90 days same as cash and take it home that day. If your buying your furniture from rent to own places you are paying way to much and it takes longer to pay off! And the furniture is waaaay better quality!! Will buy from them always!!
My wife and I bought our bed, mattress, sectional, coffee table, and a floor lamp from The Furniture Warehouse. Great staff friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on all of the furniture they carry. The offered us multiple options to pay for the furniture we purchases, which was great because we was able to do the in house finance and get our furniture with out worrying about other bills not getting paid. This is the only place I will buy from and I tell everyone to check there first.
Great friendly staff. They make furniture shoping hassle free and easy. I've got a lot of furniture from these guys over the years and it's always fun. To top it off, as you can see on the picture the delivery guys are great two. Always take care of my home like it was there's.
I visited Furniture Warehouse for the first time this afternoon after visiting 2 other furniture stores in the area. Steve was first very helpful and professional over the phone when I asked him about nightstands. When I came in the store, he helped me find exactly what I wanted and even used a tool to quickly fix a knob that was a bit loose on the furniture. I even got a free tape measure! He carried the items to my car and made sure they didnt scratch. Great price! You can definitely tell he is passionate about his business. Don't waste your time with Ashleys furniture- go here!
