Great tacos! The tacos are served al la carte. You order a mix and match of the tacos to suit your pleasure. I had Carnitas and the slasher. I think that's what it was called. They were tasty! Ask about their secret menu.
Whilst there are some great items, much of the stuff is too expensive for someone on a budget. However, there is a canvas painting session offered fairly often that is more affordable.
They are SO kind. Their prices are reasonable. Its a small place but they have LOTS of variety in furniture, decorations, collectibles, clothes. Sometimes when they get new stuff they spruce it up to look brand new and stylish. They don't carry junk, everything they sell is in good condition!
I agree with Heather! I hate that T La Re isn't open often, but this just adds to my excitement when it actually is! I think the prices are great for items that aren't true antiques, unlike Goodwill where used, worn items are often priced the same as new, retail items. If repurposing is your hobby and you need quality stuff- T la Re is the place to go! My husband and I were appalled by the price of child table/chair sets online and in stores, so we visited T La Re. We found an old, solid wood end table for $4 and a small chair for $3. We sawed the legs of the table down, sanded, painted, and sealed and ended up with a beautiful, personalized table and chair set for our toddler that will last for many years. We love everything about this store, down to their recycled paper business cards. It is actually an EXPERIENCE to shop there and no two visits are the same. The owners seem to truly seek quality, unique items to sell, not just anything they can get their hands on to make a quick buck.This is NOT your average 'thrift' store. If anyone is expecting that, I suggest they look elsewhere.
