I called them because KSGas said my furnace needed a pressure valve replaced. They came out, 3 hours late. Needed $75.00 cash before they would look at it. Then, Robert told me my fan motor was out! OK, not great news. Then he said it would be about 300 - 400 dollars he would have to try and find one. HMM OK, find one... its 6 years old, not ancient. WOW on the price. I asked him to call me when he knew. 7 days later, no call back.
I called Kool Heat and Air, he came out... looked at it and said the same thing, fan motor was out. HE called from my living room and told me he could have it here by Monday (3 days later because it was after 3 pm) and it would 98.00 for the motor and $45.00 service call! :-) fast, friendly and AFFORDABLE
After calling every other place in town and being told they couldn't help me, I finally found Lee's Plumbing Heating and Air. Even though his schedule was full up, he made time for me! Then when he got here he had my issue fixed within 20 minutes! They were beyond friendly!! I would recommend Lee's to anyone and everyone in Manhattan! Thank you Lee's, now we won't be cold in the upcoming cold weather! We appreciate you!!!
