The rudest person I've ever tried to work with. Had Russ (owner) come out for a quote to replace a patio door through insurance. The guy practically stormed in the house when I opened the door. Cussed the whole time he was there about how the previous person installed the door incorrectly and literally called it a piece of $hit. It was obvious he didn't want to do the job in the first place. He easily could have turned down the opportunity to come out for a quote. Needless to say I will not be accepting his bid. I'll take my business elsewhere.
