The receptionist was very rude.
DO NOT SEE DR PREETI SINGH!!! If you care about your health and the health of your family members, do NOT see Dr Pretti Singh. She is not professional, has no bedside manner, interrupts more often than not and pretty much will waste your time if you are looking to see someone who is a medical Professional. My wife was seen originally for severe, debilitating headaches. A Nurse in the office diagnosed the headaches as a sinus infection. After the headaches did not go away, a CT scan was ordered 2 days later. After the CT scan came back showing NO SIGN of a sinus infection, Dr Singh ordered my wife to take yet even more sinus infection. Makes sense, huh? Treat the headaches as a sinus infection after a CT scan showed NO sign of a sinus infection. This lady makes the medical profession appear to be a joke. In a follow-up visit, when my wife asked Dr Singh why she did not make 1 phone call to a neurologist to ask for an appointment to be moved up, her response was that it took her 20 minutes to call 1 doctors office and during that time, she could be seeing other patients. other patients, who no doubt, are going to line her pockets with additional money, whereas the phone call (that i assure you would not have taken 20 minutes), would not have been "paid"....or then again, maybe it takes her 20 minutes to make a call to the other doc's office because she keeps interrupting him and his staff. as you can tell, i am not happy with this situation and how Dr Singh acted in an incredibly unprofessional manner. Again, do not go to see Dr Singh if you are looking for a medical professional.
From all the office Dr. Dove is our least favorite. Did not find her service helpful and advice clear. In addition, every scheduled visit followed at least 25 min waiting time in a crowded room where sick and healthy kids are mixed up. We came once for annual check up and got a stomach flue few days later. We blame the waiting room in this office.
Staff treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Evangelidis had amazing bedside manner. Overall a great experience from a great group. Would recommend tp anyone.
Roger rocks. Caring, professional, good sense of humor. Just a real gem.
