The last few visits there is a line and the employees are the counters are quick, knowledgable, and courteous. My items get where they need to be. No issues for me with this post office.
The worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They lose packages all the time they Never scan in the items that come in and just claim they don’t have it yet. Packages will sit in the back room and be lost by the staff for days and the manager is the most lazy post office employee I have ever met, he just out right lies to customers. I have even had mail returned to my family in different states several times saying they could not deliver it to our address, so they call us and ask did we move. We just tell them no our post office just sucks. Most of the time when I mail a package it does not get scanned until Kansas City, it will never even show that it’s been through this post office. It is truly sad that a post office could be run so poorly with out an entire staff replacement. My mother is actually retired from the post office and I myself have worked in a busy city post office over holidays, and I have Never seen any branch so run into the ground that they can not ever deliver mail correctly, sadly they should probably just close it down. It’s Bad.
This post office is incredibly slow and inefficient. Today at 1:30 in the afternoon there was a line of 23 people and zero employees at the checkout desk for over 10 minutes (one employee was taking passport photos in a back room and the other disappeared into the back room). Unfortunately, this is the rule, not the exception with this office - typically only one slow person working the front desk. If you can go anywhere else - do. Dillon's and Hy-Vee have postage services, as well as Staples and obviously the FedEx store.
If I could give no stars that’s what they deserve. Don’t bother trying to call no one will answer.
Excellent Service. It was very easy to bring a bunch of packages with pre-printed labels...took 30 seconds. (I'd bet most people only write reviews when something goes wrong. Overall, this crew does a good job.)
