worst place ever. the Customer service here is the absolute worst. they need to fix it like TIME NOW
I went today to notarize a document. The lady in charge of this refuse to notarize the document because it was in spanish and she could not read it. I called the State of Kansas Secretary who said that that was irrelevant. all they need to see is that is you signing the document. So, worse non-service ever. This town really needs a notary.
UPS lied. They said they attempted a second time to deliver my package but no one was home. I was in the front yard and saw the truck drive by! It didn't even attempt to deliver the package. My guess was that it was quitting time?!
