Today I took my engagement ring into Pfeifley for a modification. Other jewelers in town just brushed me off but Heather took the time to look at my ring and came up with a plan for the change. I was a bit nervous so I left and came back to drop it off. I dropped it off after 11:00am and to my surprise they called me at 2:30pm the same day to let me know it was done! It was exactly what I wanted and done so quickly. The customer service was great!
