My experience with this cab company was great I was picked up on time . My trip to the airport was pleasant the driver was very professional. Will definitely use this cab service again

A guest had called for a ride for her and her young daughter.She was told she had a 20 minute wait time, but they arrived sooner and she wasn't ready. He was gone by the time she and her daughter got downstairs with their luggage (we have no elevator and they had quite a bit of luggage). She called him back when she saw he was not there and he was extremely rude. I could hear their conversation because he was so loud on the phone. She asked if he could come back for them and his response was "No. You aren't wasting any more of my time!". HORRIBLE customer service on his part!!! He could have easily told her that he had a schedule to keep and that she would need to call in for another ride due to the wait time.
I called two hours in advance of needing the ride to work for my boyfriend and I. He said not a problem. By the time he was ten minutes late I called, he said he was backed up and would be thirty minutes late. Now two hours after that phone call he refuses to answer the phone. Not only was this very frustrating and unprofessional, but now it is affecting our work life. Never again will I use this company.
I litterally just called he said hed be here in 3 minutes i seem him outside grabbed my things and as im walking up he drove off on me and i called and he said hed be back in 20 minutes after leaving me like wtf complete BULLSHIT!!!!!!
