I would hands down recommend Tara to anybody looking for a knowledgeable, prompt, professional, helpful, and totally adorable realtor. In a few years we will likely be moving and I already know who I’m calling to help us sell our house!
Once we had found THE house, everything moved so quickly, but Tara was patiently there every step of the way, ready to answer questions late during the evening and on Sundays. Any issues that arose, Tara was ready with solutions, advice, and solid referrals. At one point there was a communication error between myself and our mortgage lender which made me feel uncomfortable, Tara was immediately ready to mediate. Even after the move was completed, I continued reaching out to Tara whenever I needed advice/recommendations around town.
Definately not the the varsity team. I guess they get the job done, though.
I cannot believe how smoothly the entire process occurred considering how complicated a process it is and the hiccups we personally encountered along the way- and it was without a doubt thanks to Tara’s guidance.

Tara Claycamp simply took the best care of us. My husband and I were first time home buyers in a new town, we didn’t know what our budget could get us or what part of town we even wanted to live in. I spoke to several realtors but didn’t feel quite confident until our first afternoon with Tara. She gently steered us into neighborhoods we would feel safe and could afford, but she also took the time to show us houses outside those parameters as well since I wanted to see EVERYTHING!
