On two occasions we dealt with Dolly herself. Very simple procedures, and she was blatantly rude, snobby and overall extremely difficult to work with. All of us who have had to speak with her scratched our heads wondering what in the world it was with her that has made her so rude to us? You would think that her being the owner of this agency, she would have learned some people skills by now, and when dealing with the sale of a home, etc, things would not be so hard for her. She also is not attuned with modern technology, in that, she says she "does not do email." With email communication these days, procedures, especially those in real estate where timing is of the essence, we could not understand why she was so against using it. She made the whole process very, very painful, to say the least. We've actually marked our system with notes on her profile: "DO NOT USE"
