Little Apple has honest, straight-forward, fair-minded people in the service department. They have always kept my best interest in mind and have never attempted to swindle, cheat or up-sell me on anything, unlike at many other auto-service places. You should continue to keep these fine people happily employed, and if they do leave, replace them with similarly honest people. Also, as long as Sean Ryan is employed at Little Apple, I will continue to purchase vehicles there. He has earned my trust and respect. ( I have not worked with anyone else in the sales dept.)

Everything was positive. They are doing everything great! This is my second Toyota in three years. Purchased from same salesman Ray Chase who has been great to work with. The financing was done through same person as three years ago. With this sales team to work with I'll keep buying Toyota trucks from Little Apple Toyota.

The Service area need some cleaning up. There is magazines everywhere including a giant stack on the floor. They could use a more kid friendly area, more coloring books and some small toys would be nice. The soda was nice but popcorn would be nice too. Oil change and rotation is more than what I'm use to paying.
