If you are looking for excellent service & an extremely easy car buying experience, I would look no further than Manhattan Motors! This is a business owner who truly goes out of his way to help you & make things right. You can't put a value on business like that! When my husband & I decided to go "shop around" one Saturday, my first request was to check out this car lot. We had a vehicle we were really interested in that was somewhere else but I just wanted to stop at Manhattan Motors first, "just to see". Shortly after we arrived, Ryan greeted us. He was very friendly, asked if we were needing anything specific, and told us to look around & let him know if we had any questions. He left us alone to look around at vehicles at our leisure & periodically came out to check if we wanted to drive any. I wish I could rightly express how easy & friendly & completely un-aggressive this car buying experience was but I can't do it justice. We left Manhattan Motors to go to the place that had the exact car we were actually looking for & I was less than pleased with the experience, and honestly, with the car itself. So, we found ourselves back at Manhattan Motors & I couldn't believe how painless this whole process was. Ryan worked with us on some other things too that we didn't even know was an option & he seemed to do it without issue. We didn't have to deal with being shuffled from one person to the next - we didn't feel like we were a number or a sale. It felt like a local small business owner trying to help a young couple find a car they loved. It was so simple! This is a fantastic business and the right guy for it! You will not be disappointed! If I could buy a car from him every year I would...but I don't think I will be ready to give up the car I just bought from him any time soon :)
Manhattan Motors is the only place I trust when buying a vehicle. I've bought multiple vehicles from Ryan and each time I've walked away with a VERY reliable vehicle at a great price. Would rate 6 stars if possible.
I went to get the check from the bank to purchase the car and before I got back he sold the car to someone else. Paperwork was all typed up and was on my way back to the dealership and he sold it anyways. Not my kind of people. I get it, business is business. However the salesman promised to help me find a new car and never called again. Here it's been 2 months and I guarantee the thought hasn't even crossed his mind. As long as he gets his half ass pay. I do not see them going the extra mile like some places are willing to do for their customers. Especially with how many dealerships rip soldiers off in the area, it would be nice to find one place that actually cares about the buyer.
