Getting information from darren is like gathering hay. It's 08/30/2017 I still have not received my tweeters??? Larry is the technician for diamond audio he is a pompous arrogant self-centered hallow of a human being that sounds like a broken record saying he can't believe all four tweeter blew out at the same time!!! He also told me that if I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have no luck at all. I told larry I don't believe in luck anymore I believe in facts!!! He also boast about his company has more money than God!!!!! He has been working on shipping me new working equipment since last week and is still working on it? I think larry is sleeping on the job!!! What is taking so long to send me legitimate working equipment? This will be my first and last time I ever purchase diamond audio again!!!!! From management to there equipment there's no difference in quality or personnel!!!!! I think ajrs = auctions-junk-refurbished-sales!!!!!
The worst experience I've ever had with ajrs from amplifiers issues to tweeters. They talk a great game but haven't produced any yet!!! I wouldn't recommend ajrs to my worst enemy!! Not even worth one star!!! darren first told me to call and deal with diamond audio. I did and diamond audio said ajrs is not an authorized dealer ajrs is suppose to take care of the problem because I purchased them directly from ajrs!! I spent $650 extra with ajrs for an upgrade in which Dave said I wouldn't be disappointed. I've never been this disappointed in my life!!! I'm still waiting for two pairs of brand new working tweeters!! On 07/20/2017 I told darren my issues it took him five day's to via email me a return address to send out the tweeters that worked for a minute!!!
I have dealt with Whitney on several occasions and she makes any transaction an extremely smooth one. What a delight to deal with. Kudos Whitney. Keep up the great work!!!!! Look forward to continued business

Thank God I seen a bad experience another customer wrote on them as I was going to order a big investment and would rather take my business to a company that cares about the customer not people that take advantage.
This is an insurance claim and the insurance company gave me you're info to look into you further.
How rude to respond like this and to call yourself an owner, I'm also a small business owner and would never respond to a customer or a potential customer like this as long as I live.

AJRS are smooth until they take your credit card then there true side comes out and its a totally different conversation cause you can't get a hold of anyone and then you're in there waiting game I will never do business with ajrs again and I'm canceling my credit card !!
This isn't the first time I was a victim of crime and when I went to my normal salesman they went out of business (you should be lucky that the economic times hasn't shut you down yet!)
