I purchased a fairly expensive router here that unfortunately bricked 2 weeks later. They were very friendly and immediately issued a full refund. I would have bought a replacement here but they don't carry any other brands and I'm not feeling like buying a Netgear router every 2 weeks.
The sales manager helped me pick out tablets for my kids. I am not a tech person at all. He explained everything so even I could understand. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable. I also used them for printing a couple weeks ago and had the same awesome experience then.
The staff here are very helpful and very friendly. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone! They have a user friendly website and I wish I would've went here a long time ago.
