At first I gave kudo's to the young man (manager) for his attentiveness and although he didn't have in stock what I needed, he guaranteed that he would get it from another store and have to me in three days. After constant attempts to get a hold of him, and weeks went by, I finally went to one of the other local stores and found they had two and had had them for months. Obviously, the young man at this store was more eager to please verbally than to really assist the customer. Won't go back there, will go to the mall booth for assistance in the future.
Alot of cars in their lot. It's on the road to Junction City and the Manhattan airport. I don't like barbecue so I have never eaten there. I hear that it's good.
I would give a zero if I could. Customer service sucks, I have to wait more than two days to get my phone replacement because the manager was absent, called earlier and was told it was ready for pick up but when I got there, I was told I cannot pick it up even if the phone replacement was already there because their manager didn't go to work that day. I am now planning to switch to Verizon.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a tmobile store. The two guys in there did not pay attention to the customers but instead were on their own phones and the computer handling personal business. I asked for help and they told me to first find what I want and then they will be happy to help. I knew what I wanted and just needed them to get it, but they went back to their own personal business. Other customers were in the store as well and they ignored them much the same. I'll take myself to Junction City for help with TMobile before returning to deal with these two idiots. Overall though TMobile is a great cell phone service, just poor customer service training.
