Their staff is knowledgeable. Great service and fast checkout even on Black Friday. I am giving 4 stars because you have to wait for couple of weeks for geek squad car instalation service.
I called today to inquire about a computer. I was asked for my contact info and was told that someone would get in touch with me before the store closed today. I never received a call back and am pretty upset. I had other things to do today and instead I sat around waiting to hear back from them so I could set up an appointment to go and speak with a tech/Sales Associate there. This is not the 1st time this has happened. If you are short staffed, you need to hire more people. Thank You!
Not bad they price match almost all stores as long they in their area. But they won't match Kmart. I had to go to Target to price match a DVD that Kmart had for $4.99. Just to see it on Black Friday for the same or less at Best Buy. It made me mad since they sold it for that price just a couple days later. The clerk's are very nice and helpful to locate things in the store just make sure you check the date on the sales signs in the store some maybe expired.
Best Buy is properly named! Whatever they sell, they are going to sell it to you BEST, therefore you get a BEST BUY!
Must have changed to commission based sales. Clerks will not leave you alone, and drag you away from your intended purchase to see you something completely unrelated on the other side of the store. I left today not purchasing my intended item because I had to get a 45 minute sales pitch I didn’t even want.
