My wife and I rented a truck for 75 minutes. We paid and we were waiting for the keys and to sign paperwork and then head out. 10 minutes AFTER we had already paid, they told us that the 75 minutes started AS SOON AS WE SLIDE OUR CARD!!!!! So we hustled out the door to do what we needed to and returned the truck in 79 minutes of the original time we slid the card! They still charged us for the 4 minutes that they technically withheld from us. Wouldn't recommend unless you run out the door exactly after you slide your card. Wouldn't recommend. The associate that was helping was very kind and helpful, it was the manager, Tamara was causing a lot of issues.

Red tag prices on furniture are not honored. Price listed was $315.00, get to the checkout, $499.00 rang up, manager refused to honor the tag, said the lowest he could sell it for was $405.00. My husband went back to get the tag & it was removed. Sad experience.
Got awesome prices for the trim and paint I was looking for. Plus picked up several other items to make the remodel easier. Staff was extremely helpful.
Menards employee team is great to work with..I have been renovating my daughter's mobile home for the last year. The team is very helpful in finding anything we have needed and if they can't find it they will ask another team member. The team seems to be cross-trained in every Department and very helpful when you need help they will also offer alternative and look on the internet to see if they can find what you're looking for if it is not in the store I have always been treated with respect and a smile when I come into the store even when I I have been tired and grumpy their Smiles friendliness and willingness to help always makes you feel better.
