I went in a Sunday afternoon looking for a refrigerator I had researched online. They had it in stock and delivered it the next day! The delivery guys took off my door, brought the refrigerator in quickly, removed my old refrigerator, put my door back on, hooked up the water line, and put the shelves in for me within 30 minutes. Great job if you ask me! They even guided me through the filter replacement and settings.
DON'T SHOP HERE! We bought our fridge from Sears, including the warranty. When our fridge stopped cooling it took them 2 weeks for a repairman to come, and when he did he ordered the parts, and made another appointment to come install and fix it...3.5 weeks later. Needless to say we are going on 5 WEEKS WITH NO FRIDGE, and a very worthless piece of paper saying we have a warranty. So even though the repairs are free, the cost is tooooooo high! (Even the food loss part of the warranty doesn't cover "condiments" so they denied things like heavy whipping cream, ranch dressing, etc claiming they didn't need to be refrigerated. Ew!)
