Waited 30 min for assistance, not skipped and completely ignored when I asked for a plex glass. Store was not even busy.
i am atually here to write a review for their rental properties S&K rentals. They do not have a website to post reviews. i recommend not supporting these people finacially by doing business with them because of the conditions they allow their renters to live in. when i moved into one of their rental on bluemont the floor was encrusted in dirt and dog hair, the walls were covered in black soot from the previous renters, the tub was black, the counters were covered in black soot. they did not clean it before i moved in i and other people cleaned the floors cabinets, tub, walls ext. one of my friends who is a police officer for fort Riley and occassionally works for Junction noted there was semen on the floor. he said "unfortunatly being a police officer i know what semen on hardwood floor looks like, i recommend sanitizing the floor before you move anything in here. your landlords are assholes for letting you move in like this." on top of semen being on the floor the bathroom smelled like urine because the previous tenents peed on the walls. they did not clean the walls in the bathroom either, i and other people did.
Not only will you find what you need you may even learn how to use it. The very knowledgable staff is more than eager to assure that your project goes as smoothly as possible... Have a challenge? They are all over it. Try finding that as a standard in a box store!
Scott Ridders response to not making repairs was "there are worse landlords in Manhattan than us."
I strongly advise not to rent from S&K property and i advise to not support these people financially by shopping at their hardware store.
We use Midwest Ace Hardware for all of our appliance repair needs. They do a fantastic job. They are easy to communicate with and always do quality work. I would recommend them.
non of the windows functioned properly so the house was not up to fire code, city houseing code or even OSHA renting codes.
Employees were very helpful. The place was really neat and their bathroom smelled wonderful and was very clean. Recommend this place to anyone. They carry just about anything as far as home improvement is concerned. Very pleased customer ☺️️
