I'd like first say I'm only giving this store five stars due to the second person that served me. If it wasn't for her I would have to give one star. Management should take a look at a girl named Emily, she had a horrible attitude and was not willing to help me what so ever. Id like to thank the second employee that helped me and went well beyond what could of been asked, I didn't get your name but thank you. Again management should take a look at this Emily girl and her terrible customer service and attitude.
Well before returning something, make sure you have a copy of your contract (rental) made 2 unnecessary trips till i could return an item. Other than that

Rented a tile saw. blade seemed dull and flimsy, bed wasn't the correct one to fit the saw, and the bed slid wobbly. Come to find out there were parts missing off the bed. Told the yard guy it was a very old saw that shouldn't be rented out anymore. He just agreed. Will use United next time.
