Get Mean CrossFit is like a family. They are all excited to have new people come in, and they don't judge no mater what skill level or capability. Shely is very quick and professional with her responses, so you know that your questions will be answered. I was concerned about the price at first, but it really is worth it. To have multiple people there to help you have the correct form and get the most out of your time spent there is amazing. It is probably even more valuable to have the structure of the workouts already built out for you. When I thought about starting to work out, I was intimidated by the fact that I had no idea what I was supposed to do. At Get Mean CrossFit they take that away completely. I LOVE it!!!!!
