I moved into town not too long ago so I didn't have too many personal recommendations for a carpet cleaning service. I found Carpet Cleanse online and was a little suspicious of the really high custom rating. I tried Carpet Cleanse hoping I would get the same service everybody else commented about online. Spoiler: I did. Everybody was nice and polite from scheduling, estimation, and cleaning. I haven't experienced the after cleaning service but they promise to make sure everything is satisfactory even if they need to come back later. The carpets look great so I have no reason to give these guys anything less than 5 stars.

They returned, as promised, to do the work in 2 days. Not only were their products top of the line, they were very professional and thorough.
