We spent 4 years in Manhattan, KS and after each winter, we had the carpets cleaned by Lease End Carpet Cleaning. Ryan, the owner, was very personable when he and his crew came into our home to give us the estimate. The estimate was much lower than others we received over the phone and provided better services. He did not take advantage of us knowing we were military when it came time for us to move. It was a great relief to us to learn that Lease End was on the preferred vendor list approved by the complex.
At first I was not satisfied with the carpet cleaning due to them missing a few spots, but I contacted the company and they worked with me immediately. The manager came in to inspect our apartment, 2 days later a worker was sent to reclean the apartment and it looks great! They look a lot of time in making me satisfied with the carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend lease end and call them to come back in the future. Thank you to the manager for working with me and fixing the spots I was not satisfied with, now our carpet looks perfect.
